I’m looking for a high-compliance team where I can lead QA/data verification, ensure accurate medical review outcomes, and drive measurable process improvements through training, coaching, and continuous quality oversight.

I’m a Medical Review Officer with a strong background in healthcare compliance, quality assurance, and customer experience operations. I’m known for balancing analytical accuracy with people-focused leadership in fast-paced, high-compliance environments.

In my current role as a Medical Review Officer/Specialist, I serve as a Quality Assurance Data Verifier—double-checking QA data entries before they reach the final level of filtering. I identify laboratory results (positive, negative, or inconclusive), coordinate patient follow-ups when needed, and maintain strict confidentiality throughout the review process.

Previously, as a QA Data Verifier Supervisor, I led a team focused on data verification accuracy, integrity, and compliance. I built onboarding and training programs for new hires, ensured seamless collaboration with the Medical Review team and management, and continuously sought ways to enhance quality and verification processes.

Before transitioning deeper into healthcare QA, I strengthened my customer service foundation at Sutherland Global Services through coaching, live call monitoring, calibration sessions, and behavior validation. I developed customer service initiatives that improved performance and uplifted satisfaction scores, and I earned recognition as a Sutherland Top 1 Hall of Fame awardee (July 2022).
