I supported patients through phone, email, and chat, including treatment-plan questions, insurance benefits, billing concerns, and logistical barriers to care.

At ePerformax, I managed customer service representatives and performed quality analysis, reviewing calls and correspondence for quality and compliance. I delivered documented coaching and calibration sessions to strengthen problem-solving, service standards, and customer satisfaction.

Most recently at Tavrn Inc., I collected, organized, reviewed, and verified medical records while maintaining confidentiality and healthcare information-handling procedures. I communicate with healthcare providers to expedite record acquisition and ensure accurate submissions.
