What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-first role where I am able to apply my communication skills across writing, teaching or content production. I love working with teams that are driven by ambition and have a willingness to learn from one another.

I am especially drawn to roles that can allow me to show my capabilities, simplify complex topics and create engaging content.

I’m a cross-functional communicator with a strong foundation in journalism, education and digital media.

As a journalist, with 3 years of experience creating clear and engaging stories through creative article writing, content planning as well as video and audio producing. I specialise in storytelling, presentation and effective communication.

Being an online English tutor, I’ve worked with learners from all corners of the globe, spanning across three continents, designing personalised lessons to the learner’s needs to build confidence, fluency and practical language skills.

The tools I use include; PowerPoint, Word, Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Express and OBS Studio. I thrive in remote environments where communication and autonomy are valued highly.

I am looking to contribute to a team that has clear goals, impactful communication and a willingness to learn from one another.

Video Editor & Camera Operator

Sholing FC

Aug 2023 - May 2024 (9 months)

- Between August 2023 and May 2024, I worked as a video editor and camera operator at Sholing FC, a football club based in Southampton, UK.

- My role was to create long form match highlights with all the goals and main talking points for all the club's home matches during 23/24 season.

- It was a job that required pin-point camera operating and intricate video editing using Final Cut Pro.
