In my recent role as a Sales Development Representative, I qualified inbound and outbound leads by asking targeted questions, documenting relevant information, and determining suitable next steps. I manage customer communication from first contact through follow-up, appointment setting, and handover, while maintaining prospect records in CRM workflows.

Previously, I worked as a Case Manager / Project Manager in social services, managing a high-volume portfolio of regulated public-sector cases across Sweden. I served as a key point of contact for clients and multiple stakeholders, produced written assessments and case notes under strict legal, confidentiality and GDPR requirements, and improved documentation routines and internal coordination—also supporting onboarding and mentoring of new colleagues.
