What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can run day-to-day operations, support people growth, and make decisions using data—combining recruiting/HR execution, leadership programming, and analytical market or financial research in a collaborative, high-impact environment.

I build high-performing teams by combining HR-informed talent strategy with disciplined operations. In human resources, I led a talent management initiative by analyzing employee development needs and supporting Individual Development Plans to strengthen workforce capability.

On campus, I scale recruiting and member-facing programs in fast-paced environments. As Operations Manager for UCLA Women’s Rowing, I coordinate candidate communications, visit logistics, and align with coaching staff—while managing logistics, scheduling, and budgeting for a 70+ member Division I athletic program.

I also develop leadership and decision-making through structured programming and analysis. As Director of Leadership Programs and Member Experience, I design leadership development programming, improve member experience through feedback analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams—while contributing to market research and financial analysis with UCLA Social Enterprise Academy.
