What I'm looking for
I build high-performing teams by combining HR-informed talent strategy with disciplined operations. In human resources, I led a talent management initiative by analyzing employee development needs and supporting Individual Development Plans to strengthen workforce capability.
On campus, I scale recruiting and member-facing programs in fast-paced environments. As Operations Manager for UCLA Women’s Rowing, I coordinate candidate communications, visit logistics, and align with coaching staff—while managing logistics, scheduling, and budgeting for a 70+ member Division I athletic program.
