I am an IT service manager and Agile servant leader with over 27 years of experience delivering stable, high-performance production systems, driving strategic conversations, and translating business requirements into technical solutions. I have transformed disorganised services into reliable operations, enabled critical GRC decisions, and managed vendors, releases and complex interfaces across financial institutions.
