What I'm looking for
I’m a results-driven HR professional with 8+ years of experience managing end-to-end HR operations across Kenya, Uganda, and the US. I lead distributed, cross-cultural teams to deliver strategic HR outcomes—entirely remotely and across time zones.
I’ve owned full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development. In my roles, I’ve supported benefits administration, managed salary surveys and pay structures, and ensured legal compliance across multi-jurisdiction environments.
With strong systems experience, I’m adept with HRIS, ERP (Super Admin), ATS platforms, and multi-country payroll and compliance. I also manage HR metrics and reporting dashboards for international leadership, and I handle expatriate/immigration support, including work permits and related documentation.
I’m especially proud of achievements like reaching “100% Compliance” for medical coverage for new employees and building organization-wide filing and ERP systems still in active use. I bring a process-focused, DEI-informed approach to training, engagement, and continuous improvement.
