I’m looking for a client-focused banking role where I can support priority and everyday accounts, solve customer concerns with accuracy and empathy, and keep improving my service skills in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

I’m a goal-oriented banking and customer support professional with extensive experience supporting clients in fast-paced environments, including priority and high-value accounts. I focus on handling client accounts accurately, resolving concerns quickly, and matching customers with the right financial solutions.

In my most recent role as a Priority Banking Representative, I assisted priority and high-value banking clients with daily account needs, transactions, and service requests, including wire transfers, loan payments, and account maintenance transactions. I educated customers on checking, savings, credit cards, loans, lines of credit, and online banking services, while consistently handling sensitive financial information with professionalism.

I also built strong service foundations through prior Regions Bank roles, including Customer Center Service and Client Service Representative, where I provided high-quality solutions for immediate and long-term needs on every call. I supported account balances, card transactions, updating personal information, and reissuing check cards, while providing advice and education on banking services and online banking support.

Earlier in my career, I supported large customer volumes at Green Dot Corporation as a Partner Support Specialist, maintaining customer records, assisting with debit card products and services, processing new card/account setup and cancellations, and escalating unresolved grievances to designated departments. I began developing customer service and time-management strengths with DoorDash, using delivery software to manage orders, addresses, and delivery schedules while communicating with customers to resolve concerns efficiently.
