What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an opportunity to apply my technical knowledge in a dynamic, technology-driven organization where I can learn, grow, contribute to practical solutions, and take on continuous learning opportunities.

I'm currently supporting broadband and network operations at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), where I attend customer and staff calls, resolve MAC binding and data connectivity issues, and coordinate configuration fixes with software providers.

I provide remote support through AnyDesk and internal websites, focusing on clear communication and practical resolution of network problems.

Through embedded systems training and academic projects, I've developed C programs, assembled and tested circuits, and created a smart energy consumption meter for residential monitoring. I also built an IoT-based care companion for Alzheimer's patients with real-time alert and tracking capabilities.

I'm an Electronics and Communication Engineering graduate who enjoys applying technical knowledge in real-world environments, learning continuously, and contributing to technology-driven teams.
