I am a B.Tech graduate in Electronics and Computer Engineering with practical experience in IT support and embedded systems. I delivered chat-based technical and billing support at Sutherland Global Services, handled account updates, escalations, and guided users through troubleshooting and basic service setup.
I have built projects in machine learning and computer vision, including a CNN-based garbage segregation system on AWS and a real-time face mask detection system using Python, TensorFlow, and OpenCV. I completed an Arduino internship focused on microcontroller systems and sensor interfacing, and I presented work at SRMIST ICREATE’23.
