I’m looking for a Customer Service or IT Support role where my problem-solving mindset, clear communication, and technical troubleshooting help customers get reliable answers quickly—and where I can keep learning through real-world support work.

I’m a tech-savvy, adaptable professional with practical experience in customer service, online business operations, and technical troubleshooting, supported by my BSIT foundation. I communicate clearly, resolve customer concerns, and navigate technical tools with a calm, problem-solving approach.

As a self-employed Web Developer, I built a complete business website for an English coaching service—featuring live booking/scheduling, contact forms, and client-facing testimonials. I also implemented accessibility features like dark mode, adjustable text sizing, and a dyslexia-friendly font toggle. Earlier, I worked as an Auditor for the Local Student Council, auditing financial records and preparing detailed accomplishment reports with high accuracy. I’m now seeking to bring my customer-first mindset and IT readiness to a Customer Service or IT Support role.
