What I'm looking for
I’m a BS Information Technology graduate with hands-on experience in IT support, system troubleshooting, and web development. I’m driven by the idea that reliable technology and clear user support go hand in hand.
During my IT support internship at Denso Ten Solutions Philippines, I developed a visualized ticketing system to monitor and manage network-related issues, improving tracking and response efficiency. I diagnosed and resolved client computer problems using VNC remote access and on-site troubleshooting. I also assisted in setting up Ubuntu servers and implemented a Storage Area Network (SAN) to support centralized data storage and network operations.
For my capstone, I worked as a Web Developer & Project Manager, building a responsive web-based system. I developed the frontend with HTML, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript, while using PHP and MySQL for backend functionality, database management, and secure data handling. We collaborated using Git/GitHub for version control and coordinated feature integration.
I approach work with a reliable, detail-oriented mindset—comfortable working independently or as part of a team in both on-site and remote environments. I also hold a CERTIPORT Information Technology Specialist in Networking certification and have achieved strong TOEIC results, reinforcing my communication and technical foundation.
