I’m a motivated Bachelor of Science in Information Technology graduate with practical experience in IT support, web development, automation, and technical documentation. I focus on troubleshooting hardware and software issues while continuously learning emerging technologies.
In my freelance work, I deliver technical support for Windows applications, software installation, networking issues, and hardware troubleshooting. I also build responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js, and assist clients with website maintenance, debugging, and technical troubleshooting.
I’ve developed automation solutions to improve workflow efficiency and produce user guides and implementation instructions.
