I've led employee experience, training, communications, and retail operations for Levi's, Banana Republic, Neiman Marcus, Tesla, Kendra Scott, and Nike. Across more than 20 years in retail, I build strategies and teams that improve service, efficiency, and customer and employee experiences.
At Nike, I led training and operations for 18,000 employees across nearly 300 stores and Canada, launching global tools to more than 1,000 stores. I've also built operations for 100+ retail sites, launched in-store experience programs across 400+ stores, and developed learning platforms, service programs, conferences, and communications for store leaders.
