At Tomia Global, I support telecom roaming operations by monitoring applications, system processes, and file flows to keep processing running smoothly.

I investigate application and file-processing failures through Linux log analysis and SQL validation, identifying root causes and supporting the reprocessing of failed transactions. I work with TAP, NRTRDE, and RAP files while monitoring roaming data exchanges and operational flows.

I handle customer requests and support tickets, coordinate with technical and operational teams, and use Unity to extract reports and resolve user queries. I also use Excel for data validation, activity tracking, and reporting.

I've contributed to SLA dashboard, roaming-agreement, laptop management, and Python data-analysis projects. I'm looking to continue growing in IT, application, technical, or production support roles.
