I’m looking for a role where I can handle customer and application incidents end-to-end, troubleshoot with confidence, provide RCA, and ensure stable systems—using tools like Salesforce/AWS/Azure and following ITIL practices.

I’m a customer support and technical support professional with 1.5+ years of experience resolving customer issues, providing technical assistance, and delivering excellent service. I focus on clear communication, fast troubleshooting, and dependable follow-through.

In my roles, I monitored tickets, handled agent and error log monitoring, and supported stable systems by identifying and resolving technical problems. I also performed basic SQL/database operations and supported application and product issues for clients across EMEA and NA using ITIL processes.

I bring hands-on experience with troubleshooting and RCA (Root cause Analysis), working across platforms including Salesforce, AWS, and Azure, and using tools such as Zendesk, JIRA, TeamViewer, and Remote Desktop.
