I’m a customer support and technical support professional with 1.5+ years of experience resolving customer issues, providing technical assistance, and delivering excellent service. I focus on clear communication, fast troubleshooting, and dependable follow-through.
In my roles, I monitored tickets, handled agent and error log monitoring, and supported stable systems by identifying and resolving technical problems. I also performed basic SQL/database operations and supported application and product issues for clients across EMEA and NA using ITIL processes.
