What I'm looking for

I seek a hands-on IT role focused on systems and network administration, strong documentation, and growth in cloud and infrastructure responsibilities.

I am an experienced IT professional with strong expertise in Windows and Mac systems, network infrastructure, and cloud management. I have a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering Technology and an Associate in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology, and I apply this background to design, maintain, and troubleshoot complex IT environments.

In recent roles I have administered servers, virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V), Active Directory, MDM solutions (MobileIron, JAMF, Mosyle), and cloud backup tools such as Datto and VEEAM. I have hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco, Ruckus, TrendNET devices, Cisco Meraki, and firewall platforms including WatchGuard and Fortinet.

I bring a methodical approach to documentation, ticket management (AutoTask, ConnectWise), and disaster recovery planning, and I enjoy providing remote and on-site support, leading network and wireless upgrade projects, and improving operational reliability through proactive monitoring and clear procedures.
