What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote or contract Operations, Dispatch, Project Coordination, or Logistics roles where I can coordinate teams and vendors, track execution and quality, and communicate confidently with North American clients across time zones.

I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) Technical Operations & Project Coordinator with 20+ years of experience supporting operations in construction, manufacturing, warehouse logistics, and live-event production across the United States and Canada. I coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors while keeping production standards and compliance front and center.

In my current role as an Independent Contractor Technical Operations & Logistics Coordinator for a Canadian experiential marketing and live-event production company, I coordinate warehouse operations, inventory organization, and logistics for corporate clients across Ontario. I support LED display installation and event equipment/furniture logistics, track tasks and progress using Trello, and maintain quality control, documentation, and equipment maintenance across projects.

Before that, I built hands-on manufacturing capability as a Cabinet Assembler/Production Worker by interpreting technical cabinetry plans and verifying dimensions, materials, and hardware against drawings. Earlier in my career, I worked as a Lead Electrician/Crew Supervisor and electrician—supervising 2 to 10+ workers, reading blueprints, planning schedules, coordinating materials and inspections, and maintaining NEC compliance—so I bring both field leadership and operational precision to every project.
