I am a dedicated and results-driven individual with a strong background in customer service and sales. With experience in promoting products and providing excellent service to clients, I am confident in my ability to make a positive impact in any organization.

Throughout my career, I have developed strong communication and interpersonal skills, which have enabled me to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. My experience in the service industry has taught me the importance of attention to detail and providing exceptional customer service.

I am currently pursuing a degree in Chemistry at the University of Bologna, which has given me a strong foundation in scientific principles and analytical skills.

At the moment i'm also pursuing the Google Data Analytics course on coursera, i'm able to write SQL queries, create visuals and dashboards in Tableau, cleaning data with Excel and a bit of R programmi. I am excited to bring my skills and experience to a new role and contribute to a dynamic team.
