What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that fosters collaboration and innovation, with opportunities for process improvement and project management.

I am a seasoned Business Analyst and Product Owner with over a decade of experience in the Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) sector. My journey began at CVS Health, where I collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement requirements for various projects, including Claims Adjudication and Mail Order processing. I have successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Throughout my career, I have been instrumental in modernizing legacy systems and improving processes. My expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Hybrid approaches, has allowed me to effectively lead teams in writing User Stories and managing Product Backlogs. I pride myself on my ability to establish strong relationships across all levels of leadership, which has been crucial in driving process improvements and achieving project goals.

After a personal sabbatical to care for my son, I am eager to return to the workforce and leverage my skills in a challenging role that values collaboration and innovation.
