I’m a healthcare Product Owner with hands-on experience driving agile delivery end-to-end—owning the product backlog, refining priorities, and translating business requirements into user stories. At Elevance Health, I’ve successfully delivered complex initiatives on time and on budget across utilization management, care management, intake, claims, and provider data, while supporting UAT and continuous improvement.
I lead architecture and continuous improvement work across cross-functional teams, providing research and analysis for proposed solutions and managing vendor/consultant relationships with IT and internal stakeholders. I’ve owned work tied to Pharmacy/auth processes and Behavioral Health, led cost of care initiatives, managed home health care vendor partner implementation, and supported migrations from legacy systems to the new platform.
Before that, I worked as a Business Analyst—running JAD sessions, developing scope documents, use cases, test cases, and UML-based models, and using SQL for analysis and validation.
