I have hands-on knowledge of Salesforce CRM (Admin & Developer trained) and experience performing backend root cause analysis, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and delivering sustainable fixes while meeting SLAs in fast-paced production environments.

In my current role I serve as the primary point of contact for technical support, handle high-priority production incidents, manage bulk replacement processes, and coordinate cross-functionally with development, QA, and warehouse teams.
