At the Receivership of 347 Microfinance Companies, I handle inbound and outbound customer calls about arrears, overdue loans, and repayment arrangements on behalf of Bank of Ghana/PWC. I also monitor loan recovery progress.
I investigate defaulted client accounts using credit bureau information, loan documents, and other records, and prepare reports on my findings. I review high-risk transactions for potential fraud or unauthorized activity.
At Bayport Savings and Loans, I followed up on payment arrangements, negotiated repayments, and helped customers reinstate loans. Earlier, at Airtel Ghana Limited (TechMahindra), I handled customer service and sales calls and provided on-the-job training to new CSRs.
