At Shenzhen Changdun Technology, I launched Payment Link for non-technical individual merchants, reaching 80% adoption among partner merchants and HKD 1M in first-quarter GTV.

I've owned cross-border offline acquiring across Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and Diners, translating requirements into PRDs, API specifications, and delivery coordination with R&D teams and external institutional clients. I also built payment dashboards and automated reporting that saved about an hour per day, improved error handling by roughly 70%, and helped move settlement from T+1 to near-instant.

At HankTimes on-site at Wallyt, I improved investigation efficiency by about 90% for an India payout channel by making production failure reasons visible and downloadable. I also unblocked a Russia payment-channel API integration in about a week and mapped end-to-end flows for card tokenization and 3DS.

Earlier, at GienTech on-site at ByteDance, I supported consumer-finance repayment bank-gateway work, helped reduce channel fees by about 15%, and contributed to payment success above 83%.
