In my current role at M & P Residential Services LLC, I developed training programs for new hires, supervised DSP technicians in daily operations, and kept safety compliance tight through regular inspections and corrective actions.

Before that, I supported people with disabilities at DSP Connections, helping with daily living activities, medication administration, individualized care plans, and maintaining detailed records of progress, behaviors, incidents, and medical information. I also worked closely with doctors, therapists, and case managers to support comprehensive care.

Earlier at Chamberlin House Inc, I responded to emergencies, followed established crisis protocols, and advocated for residents’ rights while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team and providing hands-on support.
