At The Hartford, I lead competitive intelligence for a $6.5B multi-product business, delivering decision-ready insights on competitors, pricing, technology, and market dynamics to Sales, Product, and executive stakeholders.

I've built the organization’s first self-service intelligence hub, recurring newsletter, competitor profile library, and AI-enabled EB Listening Posts platform using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and SharePoint. I translate dense market data into briefings and recommendations for senior leadership and the Board.

Previously, I drove more than $4M in financial impact at Nassau Financial Group through vendor governance and operational redesign, and I bring experience in portfolio strategy, market sizing, benchmarking, product launches, and cross-functional growth initiatives.
