At Matte BLK Agency, I lead commercial, operations, and HR work that supports growth, high-performance culture, and people-first strategy. I’ve helped drive a 50% increase in agency growth while building performance scorecards, succession planning, policies, risk registers, ESG reporting, and agency-wide reporting.
I translate HR initiatives into practical, scalable business systems, from leadership development and learning programmes to SOPs and workforce planning. I also chaired the Culture Committee and helped shape DooPeople, the agency’s people platform.
Previously, I delivered HR, payroll, organisational development, labour relations, and change-management work at Barloworld Logistics, including S197 transfers for 242 employees and an S189(a) process for 312 employees. I also implemented complete HR and payroll systems at Playgear and HR and time-management systems at Pick n Pay.
I’ve worked as a training facilitator and HR consultant across Southern Africa, creating and delivering programmes in talent management, succession planning, leadership, and change management. My operations reporting experience at Zijin Mining strengthened my focus on Excel-based reporting, SOPs, stakeholder training, SLA monitoring, and continuous improvement.
