I am a Senior HR professional with 16+ years' experience, 12 at senior manager level, focused on building HR departments from scratch and leading culture change. My background spans Financial Services, Hospitality, Transport and Retail where I translate business vision into HR initiatives.
I founded MMC Consulting in 2017, delivering HR, payroll, recruitment, POPI and GDPR compliance services to dozens of clients and supporting international, cross-border projects. I've led full lifecycle recruitment, set up HR policy frameworks, and coached leaders to unlock performance.
