I am seeking a senior HR role with strong transformation and operational focus, where I can lead talent, employee relations and HR projects in a growth-oriented, values-driven organisation.

I am an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong track record across logistics and operations-led organisations, delivering HR strategy, employee relations and transformation initiatives.

Over a 15+ year career I have led regional and national HR functions, managed labour relations, driven BBBEE and employment equity programs, and implemented HRIS and payroll processes to improve data integrity and reporting.

My strengths include stakeholder relationship management, performance and talent management, learning and development, and HR project delivery such as change management, sec 197/189A consultations and wage negotiations.
