What I'm looking for

I seek a growth-focused ecommerce role where I can lead marketplace operations, optimize PPC and listings, collaborate cross-functionally, and scale brands while maintaining account health and data-driven performance.

I am an Ecommerce Account Manager with hands-on experience managing 11 brands and 1,000+ SKUs across UK, US, and EU marketplaces. I specialize in end-to-end seller operations, from listing creation and SEO optimization to pricing strategy and inventory lifecycle.

I leverage Business Reports, Search Term and Brand Analytics to optimize full-funnel PPC, improving CTR, ROAS and TACoS while maintaining disciplined account health and policy compliance. I collaborate cross-functionally to align creatives, merchandising and promotional calendars to lift traffic and conversions.

My background includes managing Seller Central operations, A-to-Z claims, chargebacks, returns and customer disputes, and building data-driven appeals and corrective action plans. I have implemented tracking and analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to enable accurate attribution and optimization.

I also create sales-driven visual assets and A+ content, using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to produce compliant product images and EBC/A+ content. I bring a proactive, detail-oriented approach focused on growth, operational hygiene and measurable performance improvements.
