I’m a results-driven e-commerce specialist with 4 years of experience managing Amazon (FBA/FBM) and Etsy stores. I focus on scaling accounts, increasing sales, and streamlining operations through product research, SEO optimization, and PPC advertising.
In my current role as an Ecommerce Account Manager, I manage multiple Etsy seller accounts to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and account health. I support clients in scaling through effective branding, listing optimization, marketplace best practices, and continuous monitoring of product performance metrics and customer feedback.
I also handle Print-on-Demand (POD) operations using Printify and manage the complete order processing workflow. I conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities, then implement e-commerce strategies for merchandising, pricing, and promotions.
