I’m a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused hospitality professional. I bring experience creating welcoming guest experiences, multitasking in fast-paced environments, and communicating professionally with reliability and a positive attitude.

In my previous roles, I welcomed and seated guests, managed reservations using OpenTable (in person and by phone), and resolved guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy. I also delivered food accurately and efficiently while maintaining clean, organized front-of-house spaces during busy shifts.

More recently, I’ve supported front desk operations by welcoming and checking in guests, keeping areas clean and organized, and assisting with daily operations. I’ve also managed inventory, operated a cash register, coordinated with overseas vendors, and increased sales through product recommendations and upselling.
