I've led enterprise technology sales and transformation engagements for Oracle, IBM, e& enterprise, and EMERGE Consulting Services across the Middle East and Africa. I help governments, telecommunications providers, financial institutions, technology companies, and large enterprises improve growth and customer outcomes through customer-centric transformation.

At Oracle, I closed the largest Customer Experience deal in the SADC region and achieved 250% of annual target. At IBM South Africa, I exceeded 400% of quarterly sales targets while building executive relationships across energy, utilities, telecommunications, and transportation.

I currently lead customer experience, AI, and digital transformation engagements, advising executive stakeholders on transformation roadmaps, technology investments, adoption, and long-term value realization. I also founded Portfolio Career Institute UAE and Women in CX Middle East to create pathways for experienced professionals and CX leaders.

I'm a board advisor, mentor, speaker, and customer experience awards judge, bringing commercial transformation, cloud, CRM, customer success, and AI-enabled innovation into practical growth strategies.
