I train and mentor team members while maintaining productive relationships with members, providers, physicians, employers, and other stakeholders.

My pharmacy background includes oncology infusion authorizations, medication compounding, insurance claims, inventory, prescription processing, and grievance resolution. I bring more than 25 years of customer service and pharmacy experience, with careful attention to compliance, quality, and compassionate service.
