In my current role as Claims Account Manager for National Guardian Life (September 2023–March 2026), I audit claims to ensure they are processed correctly according to state regulations. I also support Leadership with tasks to keep SOPs and industry regulations up to date, and I help resolve escalations when needed.
Previously, I worked as a Pharmacy Access Specialist at SSM Health (April 2022–May 2023), assisting patients with filing Prior Authorizations so they can get their prescriptions. I communicated with insurance companies and pharmacies to help ensure medications are approved, and I helped customers apply for grants for medicines they couldn’t afford.
Before that, I served as a Customer Representative at National Guardian Life (March 2019–February 2021), assisting customers with their policies.
