I am a dedicated customer service representative and phlebotomist with extensive experience in both fields. Currently, I serve as a Donor Floor Supervisor and Trainer at Octapharma Plasma, where I ensure the donor floor operates smoothly and adheres to SOP guidelines. My role also includes being a Nexsys machine technician, where I troubleshoot and maintain plasma collection machines, ensuring they function optimally.
