What I'm looking for
I’m a Lead Mobile Phlebotomist who delivers patient care door-to-door by appointments. I assess and perform phlebotomy, complete charting, and provide one-on-one sessions to answer questions and concerns about treatment.
In my current role at Getlabs, I focus on reliable in-home communication, patient interaction, and careful sample collection for laboratory testing. I bring a strong emphasis on documentation review and patient monitoring, with HIPAA-minded attention throughout every visit.
Previously, I served as a Center Supervisor at BioLife Plasma Services, running a plasma center and leading a team to keep everyone on task. When production, members, or scenarios needed support, it was my responsibility to resolve issues and help the center maintain momentum.
Earlier experience as a Senior Phlebotomist at Grifols strengthened my precision venipuncture skills and patient confidence. I’ve also built my customer service foundation through roles like cashier/front desk work—patient communication, conflict management, and doing what it takes to ensure people have a great experience.
