At Bossong Hosiery / Bossong Medical, I served as the primary customer contact for national retail, wholesale and medical accounts, including Medline, 3M, Spanx and Lane Bryant. I handled phone and email inquiries and coordinated follow-up.
I reviewed purchase orders and EDI information against customer requirements, then entered and tracked orders. When discrepancies affected fulfillment, I investigated them and worked with customers on practical options.
I coordinated orders through development, production, shipment and delivery, sharing WIP reports and explaining delays. I also worked with production, inventory and shipping teams to verify product, packaging and labeling requirements and resolve order concerns.
My experience also includes product labeling, FDA documentation, production scheduling and inventory supervision. I created and verified labels using Label Matrix and maintained barcode, UDI, GTIN, lot-code and traceability records.
