At Diageo Global Supply, I led development of new premium spirits from approved concept through manufacturing readiness and commercial launch. I coordinated teams across R&D, manufacturing, and specialist suppliers while tracking plans, milestones, and risks.
For Buchanan's Red Seal 21 Year Old Scotch Whisky, I led development of complex luxury packaging, working through production challenges with manufacturing teams and suppliers to maintain launch timing and quality standards. For Bulleit Bourbon, I coordinated international liquid supply, manufacturing readiness, and production planning while addressing supply chain risks.
As Site Operations Manager at Diageo Global Supply, I managed production operations at Glenkinchie Distillery and led a team of 12 production operators. I also led the change from five-day to seven-day operations, coordinating capital improvements, workforce changes, and updates to standard operating procedures.
I'm currently a Co-Founder of Highline Wood Art LLC & Stōr LLC, where I co-designed, patented, and commercialized a ski storage system. I took it from concept through prototyping, manufacturing, and launch, while sourcing global suppliers and refining the product through testing.
