I’m a hospitality professional focused on delivering smooth, personalized front-office experiences. I handle daily check-in and check-out, manage reservations and billing, and resolve issues quickly to protect guest satisfaction.
In my current Receptionist role with exe Hotels, I work with SAP ERP to support both administrative and operational front-office processes.
