I'm looking to lead benefits operations across the Americas, with responsibility for governance, vendor performance, compliance, consistent service delivery, and continuous improvement.

I lead benefits, retirement, leave, and disability operations at Carl Zeiss Inc., governing companywide programs across the US and Canada. I partner with vendors, brokers, HRIS, Global Services, Payroll, and internal stakeholders to strengthen service delivery and employee experience.
