What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a bilingual remote administrative or operations support role where I can manage documentation, records, customer communication, and multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

I've supported customers and operations across Everise's American Airlines account, LanguageLine Solutions, Conduent's Enterprise Rent-A-Car account, and Guatemala's Municipality. I work in English and Spanish, managing customer needs, records, documentation, and confidential information.

At Everise, I assist with airline reservations, itineraries, travel changes, billing questions, and account inquiries while keeping transaction details accurate in internal systems. At LanguageLine Solutions, I provide English-Spanish interpretation for healthcare, insurance, banking, emergency response, utilities, and customer service conversations.

My background in education strengthened my ability to manage schedules, maintain student records, review sensitive enrollment documentation, and communicate professionally with families and stakeholders. I'm comfortable working remotely, following procedures, and balancing multiple priorities with accuracy and care.
