In my current role, I’ve led the successful launch of multiple high-volume restaurant locations, ensuring operational readiness from opening through ongoing operations. I partner across 12+ locations to manage daily operations, balance competing priorities, and deliver exceptional service to hundreds of customers in fast-paced environments.

I also strengthen performance through cross-functional collaboration—developing and implementing standard operating procedures and process improvements to drive operational consistency and improve internal and external relationships. Earlier in my career, I supported underwriting by preparing commitment letters and reviewing loan requirements, and as a Bank Examiner focused on risk assessment and ensuring financial institutions follow sound banking practices and consumer protection laws.
