I’m a results-oriented Data Management & Operations Specialist with 7+ years in high-pressure environments, starting with technical documentation and advancing into operational optimization. I specialize in building standardized reporting systems that protect data integrity and speed up drafting.

In my current role at Bomberos Costa Rica, I developed standardized incident and logistics templates in Excel/Google Sheets, reducing drafting time while ensuring accuracy in technical data (m², resource allocation, and related records). I also implemented an inventory and mechanical review system using QR codes to improve real-time access to unit information and maintenance logs.

I’m equally focused on precision and people outcomes—authoring high-precision technical data science reports with photographic evidence for legal and insurance purposes, and resolving on-scene conflicts by providing empathetic phone/in-person technical assistance.
