I’m looking for a bilingual customer-focused role where I can handle inbound support with Salesforce/Genesys, resolve issues end-to-end, process payments accurately, and contribute to customer retention while supporting sales operations and closing.

I’m a results-driven bilingual professional with experience in customer service, inbound support, client management, and sales operations. I focus on resolving issues quickly and maintaining high service standards in fast-paced environments.
