What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote customer success, customer support, or client relations role where I can communicate clearly, coordinate services, resolve customer needs, and build positive experiences for international clients.

I've spent 20+ years supporting customers, students, and international travelers across education, hospitality, tourism, transportation, and client-facing services.

At San Rafael Tours & Transfer and Hotel Riu Palace Costa Rica, I assisted international guests, coordinated schedules and reservations, answered questions, and resolved service issues to support high-quality experiences.

I'm currently teaching English at Tecnia while using remote communication tools to organize schedules, follow up on needs, and explain information clearly in Spanish and English.
