What I'm looking for

I’m looking to use my customer service, communication, and teamwork skills to improve logistical functionality and provide an inclusive environment to a diverse customer base.

At Montgomery College, I help students, parents, and the public find information about college programs, services, and enrollment. As a first point of contact, I respond to inquiries and guide students through onboarding and enrollment steps.

In my current Enrollment and Student Access Specialist role, I process admissions applications and documents, coordinate incoming test scores, and help students navigate the college website and student portal. I also analyze inquiries and troubleshoot issues, recommending ways to improve organizational performance.

Previously, as a Records and Registration Specialist at Montgomery College, I processed student record and registration requests and reviewed appeals. I also assessed MD Dream Act applications and tuition waivers under the relevant regulations and procedures.

Earlier, as a Transcript Evaluator at Montgomery College, I reviewed transcripts and evaluated transfer credit against students’ degree requirements. I coordinated with faculty and department chairs on course equivalencies and maintained evaluation records and databases.
