At Tristel España, I built the Spanish operation from scratch, securing regulatory registration, import licensing, a distribution network, and a commercial team in under nine months.

I own strategic relationships with major private hospital groups and public health institutions, leading account plans, governance reviews, pricing discussions, contracts, and multi-year agreements. I grew cumulative revenue to €2.4M in under two years, finished year one 22% above budget, and delivered 90% year-over-year growth into year two.

I connect regulatory, quality, operations, legal, and commercial teams to move complex account decisions forward, while owning portfolio forecasting and pipeline reporting to UK headquarters. I also lead public tender processes and represent the company at industry events.

Previously, I managed multinational B2B asset-management software clients at Allfunds and built MiFID II transaction reporting capabilities for BBVA CIB. I work fluently in Spanish and English and ramp up quickly in regulated, technical domains.
