Across 100+ clients, I have installed a repeatable improvement method in 60+ companies, with every formally appraised client approving the work.
I own engagements end to end: prospecting, pre-sales, scoping, estimation, pricing, tendering, after-sales, quality and margin. I recovered an 80-person, 10-project SAS programme across three countries to its original deadlines in three months, and tripled a call-centre software vertical's result in six months.
I also work hands-on with large language models, building an agent-based productivity framework, internal applications and a requirements-verification web tool.
