At Critical Software, I lead EU-funded and client-managed projects in the Aviation, Space & Defence domain, with responsibility for scope, financial oversight and governance. I also contribute to improvements in project management capability.

At CGI, I oversaw delivery operations across international data teams and managed a team of 20 consultants. I was also part of the delivery leadership for a major UK data transformation programme, coordinating execution oversight, dependencies, risks and executive reporting.

At BJSS, acquired by CGI, I co-designed delivery governance frameworks and operating standards with a team of six Delivery Managers. I also delivered strategic data solutions for the UK MHHS Programme within a complex, multi-team and multi-vendor SAFe programme.

Earlier, I led MES implementations at Critical Manufacturing and supported Agile delivery at Farfetch. My experience also includes quality assurance, ERP project management, IT operations and enterprise reporting; I hold CSM and ISTQB CTFL certifications.
